1. All orders ship prepaid. NO COD.
2. Orders received before 2:00PM CST usually ship the same day.
3. Orders will ship as inventory available. In the event of a special order or back order of a product, we will ship the available inventory item,  then ship the special order/back order when available. You will not be charged for this additional shipment. 
4. We use UPS GROUND and USPS for our shipping. Usually 2-3 day delivery.
5. All Sales are Final. 
6. Exchanges will be arranged as needed. Please call (262) 994-9371 for a return authorization. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept COD packages.
7. We will notify you either by e-mail or phone if an order will not ship complete.

8. Please include a contact phone number, this will help us if we need to verify an order.

Shipping Rates:  Up to $99 = $12.99,  $100-$999 = $7.99,  $1000+ = $4.99.

        Over Sized items such as Kirkey Seats are a flat rate $24.99
