• All items ship prepaid. No COD.
• We accept MC Visa American Express Discover and PayPal. Please call for money order payments and money transfers.  
• All in stock orders ship the same day if received by 2:00pm CST Monday through Friday.
• Item(s) may be shipped via UPS,USPS or FedEx at our discretion depending on locations, cost and current transit times.
• We may ship items from different locations depending on availability, inventory, location and timeliness.
• We will notify you either by e-mail or phone, (providing you submitted this information with order) that your order will be arriving in different packages.
• We will never charge extra for shipping when we have elected to ship from multiple locations.
•  We will be happy to exchange product as long as it has original packaging, has not been used and is in resellable condition. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if, in our opinion the exchange is not received in the same condition it was sent.
• All returns for exchanges must have a return authorization by calling (262) 994-9371.
• In the event we our out of stock on an item, we will notify you either by e-mail or phone, provided you have submitted that information with your order. Backorders will be kept active for 15 days and will ship if we receive in that time frame. In the event of a longer delay we will refund your payment for item(s) not yet shipped.
• Getting your order to you in a timely manner is our goal. Please include phone number(s) with your on-line order. It helps to have this information if we need to reach you for clarification.
• Wisconsin Residents will be charged 5.1% sales tax.
